- Only 1 Free Personal Accident Insurance Policy is allowed per individual
- We may accommodate applicants/insured’s who are over 65 years old but not more than 75 years old subject to the underwriter’s approval and 100% net premium surcharge.
- Subject to the Standard Personal Accident Policy conditions
- Terrorism Exclusion Endorsement (T1)
- Disclosure of Material Facts Clause (DM)
- Applicable only for individuals with employment
